The Hobbit is being made into a motion picture by none other than Peter Jackson (best known for directing LOTR, KingKong). It would’ve actually been a mammoth and terrifying task for any other director other than Peter to even dream/attempt this film. Peter Jackson’s direction and guidance clearly worked absolutely beautifully for LOTR. And as ‘The Hobbit’ is very closely related to the LOTR, we are happy that Peter Jackson is the man. The movie is set to be released on the 19th of December 2012. It is rumored to be released in two-or-three parts.
